How it works

  1. Assess and plan

    An onboarding assessment maps your work and systems and sets the 12-month roadmap.

  2. One project per cycle

    Each 8-week cycle takes one project from your roadmap through kickoff, build, test, deploy, and monitor. Six cycles a year.

  3. Review the roadmap

    Every three cycles, we review what's live and reset priorities with you.

  4. Keep improving

    Between cycles, your lead ships small improvements and keeps what's live running.

Questions

How is the monthly fee set?

It's agreed in a proposal before anything starts, based on the scope of your roadmap. It's fixed: it doesn't change with the hours a cycle takes.

Why not hire someone in-house?

You could. But integrations, data, automation, and AI are four different skill sets, and what one person knows leaves with them. With Catalyst, a team knows your business and the work stays documented.

Why not hire you for a project?

You can. But connected systems usually lead to reporting, then automation, then support and AI. As separate projects, that's several proposals and several ramp-ups. Catalyst runs the same work as one roadmap, one project at a time.

Why one project at a time?

So each project is finished, tested, and in use before the next one starts, and your team isn't asked to absorb several changes at once. The roadmap sets the order.

Who is our Catalyst lead?

What happens if we leave?

Your data stays in your systems, where it has always been, and we export anything we generated for you. Tools hosted on our platform stay with us, as with canceling any software.
